Sea Moss


Learn to Love Your Natural Body Coaching's training, development, and healing methods are all-natural and traceable to nature via anthropology and/or nature. As a wellness coach, I promote wellness goals through the consumption of traditional diets in lieu of supplements. So instead of taking a multivitamin, I would advise my client to drink or eat sea moss to gain its benefits. I would also advise my client to increase their exposure to the sun instead of taking vitamin D pills. Moreover, I want my clients to keep their minds open to non-western healing and diets.
